Fereshteh Vahidi is a researcher and lecturer with over a decade of experience across academia and industry, specializing in supply chain management, analytical marketing, consumer behavior, and data-driven decision-making. She is in the final stage of her PhD at the Geneva School of Economics and Management, where her research focuses on product quality and customer behavior, offering valuable insights for both operations managers and marketers. Moreover, she holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, which provide her with a strong analytical and systems-thinking foundation.
Fereshteh has successfully applied her expertise in FMCG and banking sectors, bridging academic research with real-world business needs. At AUS, she teaches academic research methods, connecting theory with practice through hands-on, evidence-based learning. Her goal is to provide students with the tools they need to apply research effectively, promoting critical thinking and structured, analytical problem-solving.
