A sociologist of gender in global governance, Associate Professor Dr. Eleanor T. Khonje has extensive research and professional experience in gender, business and sustainable development. In particular, she works and researches on gender, diversity and inclusion in business and public sector organizations; women’s economic empowerment through entrepreneurship; social entrepreneurship; public-private partnerships; corporate social responsibility and leadership and management. Dr. Khonje teaches courses on personal branding and gender, diversity and inclusion. Beyond the academic context, Dr. Khonje is an experienced entrepreneur, leadership speaker and coach, and has many years of professional experience in international development, community development, project management, capacity building and strategic communications. She has worked with both the public and private sectors in over 10 countries, thriving in different capacities and serving a myriad of reputable institutions.
Dr. Khonje predominantly works with women leaders to equip them with the tools and skills to build and strengthen their individual strengths and authentic leadership capacity.
